Ingredients
- l pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 15-1/2 ounce red gold diced tomatoes with roasted garlic and onions
- 2 cups green pepper or red peppers, chopped
- 1-15 ounce red gold tomatoes
- 1 tomato paste
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 cup cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef with your onion in a skillet over medium heat
Drain beef and onions and place in slow cooker.
Add your tomatoes and all the rest of the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
