Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable/olive oil
- 1 cup molasses
- 1/2 tsp baking soda sprinkled on top of the other ingredients
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together.
Lightly oil a 9x13 inch baking pan. Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool, and cut into squares.
