Ingredients

• 1 46 oz can of V8 juice
• 1.5 lbs ground beef
• 1/2 c. beef bouillon cubes
• 1 can corn
• 1 can green beans
• 1 c. carrots
• 1 can lima beans

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef and drain. Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1-1.5 hours.
