- 3 lbs beef brisket
- 1 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbls worchester
- 8-10 cloves garlic
- 3 tsp pepper
- 3 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
cut meat while partly frozen into 1/4-1/8 inch strips(against grain)
cook at 150 degrees for 5 hours.
*lightly salt again on rack
