Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) boxes lemon cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant pineapple pudding
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 (10 ounce) bottles 7-Up soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2-1 cup butter or 1/2-1 cup margarine
- 1 cup coconut

Directions
Mix all cake ingredients together and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Mix all icing ingredients together and cook over medium heat until thick.
Pour over cake while still hot.
