Enchiladas/ Becky Finch

Ingredients

  • Brown 1 - 1 1/2's of hamburger and add Ortega taco seasoning and a bit of water and simmer.
  • Roll up with cheese in tortilla and layout in your pan.
  • Melt 2 T of butter and put in 2 T of flour to make a rue.
  • Add about 1 1/2 tsp of chicken bouillon granuals, stir then bring to a boil and add about 3/4's c - 1 c water to make a gravy.
  • Remove from heat and add 1 c sour cream.
  • Pour over your tortilla's and throw on more cheese and bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour or a bit longer until hot.
  • Sooooo easy and so good!!
