Ingredients
- Brown 1 - 1 1/2's of hamburger and add Ortega taco seasoning and a bit of water and simmer.
- Roll up with cheese in tortilla and layout in your pan.
- Melt 2 T of butter and put in 2 T of flour to make a rue.
- Add about 1 1/2 tsp of chicken bouillon granuals, stir then bring to a boil and add about 3/4's c - 1 c water to make a gravy.
- Remove from heat and add 1 c sour cream.
- Pour over your tortilla's and throw on more cheese and bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour or a bit longer until hot.
- Sooooo easy and so good!!
