Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 8 lemon wedges
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander seed
Preparation
Step 1
Blend cumin, paprika, salt, ginger, coriander, black pepper and cayenne in small bowl. Mix in oil to form paste. Use on vegetables, poultry, beef or pork with lemon wedges.
