Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1-2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- Whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Mix and combine above ingredients and pour into pie crust shell. Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins. Cover pie crust edge with foil until last 15 mins. Serve with whipped cream!
