Ingredients

  • 1 large eggs, fork beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients together and shape into 1-1/2" balls.

2. Bake on baking sheet at 425F for 15 - 16 minutes until no pink remains.
