Crockpot Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Frozen Chopped Spinach (12 oz.), thawed
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts (14 oz.), drain and chop
  • 2 cups shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese {8 oz.}, softened to room temp. and cube
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in mixing bowl, and stir.
Spray Mini Crockpot with Pam cooking spray
Transfer mixture from mixing bowl to Crockpot and cook for 1 hour on HIGH, or until done. {stirring occasionally}
Serve with Pita Chips or a fresh sliced baguette, and ENJOY!!
