Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 1/2 cups Quick Oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1
In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa. Over high heat, bring to a hard boil for one minute. Remove from heat, stir in oats, coconut, vanilla and salt.
Drop rounded tablespoons onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Let cool completely.
