Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained and patted dry
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F
In a rimmed baking pan, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, paprika and Parmesan until evenly coated.
Roast for 25 to 40 minutes, shaking the pan a few times as they roast, until the chickpeas are dry and crispy on the outside.
Let the chickpeas cool slightly then add extra salt to taste.
