POACHED CHICKEN

  • 2-3 chicken breasts
  • chicken broth and white wine, enough to cover breasts
  • fresh herbs
  • onions
  • celery leaves
  • bay leaves
  • garlic
  • peppercorns

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken frying pan. Pour liquid over chicken and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 20 minutes until chicken reaches 170 degrees.

Chicken can be cut up or shredded.
