Ingredients
- FROSTING:
- 20 Tablespoons (2 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter , softened
- 1 Cup (4 ounces) confectioners sugar
- 3/4 Cup (2 1/4 ounces) cocoa powder
- Pinch salt
- 3/4 Cup light corn syrup
- 8 Ounces milk chocolate , melted and cooled

Step 1
16. PREPARE FROSTING: Soften 20 tablespoons (2 ½ sticks) unsalted butter on counter. Melt 8 ounces milk chocolate and cool to between 85 and 100 degrees.
17. Process softened butter, 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, ¾ cup cocoa, and pinch salt in food processor until smooth, about 30 seconds, scraping down bowl as needed.
18. Add ¾ cup light corn syrup and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and process until just combined, 5 to 10 seconds.
19. Scrape down bowl, then add melted and cooled milk chocolate and process until smooth and creamy, 10 to 15 seconds.
