Ingredients

  • 4 spinach and feta chicken and turkey
  • sausages
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
  • 2 organic peaches, cut into wedges
  • Dressing
  • 2 TBSP white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 small shallot
  • salt and pepper, olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place
sausages on grill rack coated with cooking
spray. Grill sausages, covered with grill lid, 8 to
10 minutes, turning occasionally and basting
with maple syrup.

Combine greens and peaches in a serving
bowl. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.
Top with almonds and blue cheese.
