Maple-Glazed Grilled Sausages, Peach, Blue Cheese, and Almond salad

Ingredients
- 4 spinach and feta chicken and turkey
- sausages
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 (5-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
- 2 organic peaches, cut into wedges
- Dressing
- 2 TBSP white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 small shallot
- salt and pepper, olive oil
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place
sausages on grill rack coated with cooking
spray. Grill sausages, covered with grill lid, 8 to
10 minutes, turning occasionally and basting
with maple syrup.

Combine greens and peaches in a serving
bowl. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.
Top with almonds and blue cheese.
