Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 can (14-ounce) artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
- 1 pkg (8-ounce) crab meat, chopped about 1 1/2-cup
- 3/4 cup (3-ounces) parmesan cheese, graded
- 1/3 green onion with tops, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- additional green onions, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cream cheese and mayo, mix well. Press garlic into bowl. Drain and chop artichokes and crab meat. Grate parmesan cheese. Slice gren onions, zest lemon to measure 1-tsp, add black pepper. Mix well. Spoon mixture into deep baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Sprinkle with bell pepper and additional green onions.
