Ingredients
- 3 - 3 oz. packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1 t vanilla
- pinch salt
- 12 graham crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
Add egg yolks, vanilla and salt
Add whipped cream
Add beaten egg whites
Roll crackers into crumbs putting 1/2 in bottom of ice tray
Pour in mixture and pour remaining crackers on top
Freeze
Can make 2 or 3 days ahead
Makes 2 trays - Serves 10
