Pineapple Squares

Ingredients

• Bottom:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup flour
• Middle:
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
• Top:
• 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 can cream

Preparation

Step 1

Bottom:
Cream butter and sugar; add egg and beat well. Add flour and salt. Spread in greased 9” square pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Let cool.

Middle:
Beat together and spread on cooled bottom.

Top:
Mix together pineapple and cream. Spread on top.
