Ingredients
- 4 sprigs rosemary, leaves removed and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 wwole chicken

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix together rosemary, garlic, honey, lemon and orange zest and juice, salt and pepper. Then coat the chicken with the marinade. Roast the chicken for approximately 2 hours until it’s golden brown and reaches a safe internal temperature of 165°F. Serve immediately, refrigerating any leftovers.
