  • 1 1/2 lb small red potatoes, cut into fourths (3/4-inch chunks)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
