Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

• 1 lb bittersweet chocolate, chopped
• 1 pint heavy cream
• 5 1/3 ounces unsalted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Bring cream and butter to a simmer.

Pour over chocolate and stir/whisk until melted and smooth.
