Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 28 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
  • 5-6 anaheim peppers
  • 3-4 jalapenos
  • 2 bunches celantro
  • 3-4 bunches green onions
  • sea salt
  • fresh garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Roast jalapeno & anaheim peppers till brown. Cut tops off put in blender with tomatoes. Puree & add to other ingredients.
