Ingredients

• 1 box white cake mix
• 1 box Pistachio Instant Pudding
• 1/2 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup club soda
• 1 cup pecans
• ICING
• 1 large carton cool whip
• 1 box pistachio pudding mix
• 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs and club soda for 5 mins. Fold in pecans.

2. Grease and flour 3 round 9" cake pans. Pour cake mix into pans and cook for 25 mins at 350F.

3. Let cool completely. Meanwhile, prepare frosting by mixing together cool whip, pudding mix and milk. Spread icing between layers of cake and on the top.
