  • 1.3 lb carrots
  • 1 2-pint ISI foaming canister
  • 1 CO|2 cartridge

Preparation

Step 1

1. Peel the carrots and liquefy.
2. Strain and fill the canister using a funnel.
3. Foam and leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours.

Final Steps & Preparation:
1. The waiter should serve the soda in a long glass in front of the guest, after he has eaten the fried egg.
