Peppermint swirl fudge

Ingredients

  • • 1-12 oz. pkg. vanilla milk chips
  • • 1 can vanilla creamy frosting
  • • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • • 8-12 drops red food coloring
  • • 2 tablespoons peppermint candy crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Line an 8” square pan with foil, extending foil over the edges of the pan. Lightly butter foil. Melt chips in large sauce pan over very low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in frosting and peppermint extract. Spread in buttered foil lined pan. Drop food color over fudge. Pull knife through mixture to marble. Sprinkle with crushed candy, press slightly. Refrigerate until firm, about one hour. Remove fudge from pan by lifting foil. Remove foil from fudge and cut into 1 inch squares
