Salsa - Smoky Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 pints grape tomatoes
  • 2-4 jalapenos, seeded and sliced
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tea. salt
  • 1/2 tea. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Divide tomatoes, garlic and jalapenos between 2 large pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil. Divide evenly and drizzle with 2 Tbsp. olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Fold and seal to form 2 pouches.

Grill pouches shaking ocassionally for 10 minutes.

Transfer contents to a bowl.
