Ingredients
- 10 corn tortillas cut into strips
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 chicken boiled, boned, & cut into bite size pieces
- 1 lrg onion chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Wet tortilla strips with chicken broth and lay in 9x13 casserole dish.
Lay chicken on tortillas
Lay onion on chicken
Cover with a layer of tortilla strips
Sprinkle cheese on tortilla strips
Sprinkle chili powder on cheese
Mix 2 cans of soup & tomatoes together
Spread over top of chicken & cheese
Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 min. to 1 hour
