Ingredients
- 1/2 cup drained and chopped sauerkraut
- 1 3 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 8 oz. container sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 4 oz. finely diced corned beef
- 2-3 Tbsps. milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine and heat all ingredients, except milk in a small saucepan or crock pot on low heat until hot.
Thin with milk if needed.
Serve hot with cocktail rye or rye crackers.
Makes 1 1/2 cups of dip.
