Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Softened butter
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 eggs 1 at a time
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 c finely cut rhubarb
- TOPPING
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 Tblsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tblsp soft butter
- Finely chopped pecans
- Sprinkle on the cake
- BAKE 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
