Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs. cinnamon
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 tsp. milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325
Mix butter and sugar until barely mixed. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and flour and baking powder alternately with sour cream. Mix two minutes on medium speed.
Grease and flour 10 inch bundt pan. Spoon in enough batter to cover bottom of pan. Sprinkle 3/4 of the topping over batter. Cover with remaining batter. Run knife through to spread filling. Sprinkle remaining topping over batter. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely. Drizzle with glaze.
