Ingredients
- 3/4 c cooked ramen noodles
- 1 c raw spinach
- 1/2 c chopped cucumber
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 chopped green onion
- 1/4 c canned chick peas
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 1 T teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 minced garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Toss noodles with spinach, cucumber, carrot, green onion and chick peas. Add a dressing made of peanut butter thinned with 2 T water and teriyaki sauce and minced garlic. Toss until noodles and vegetables are coated with sauce. Serve immediately or chill.
