Ingredients
- Berries (we like blackberries and strawberries)
- spinach
- chopped pecans
- goat cheese
- your favorite vinaigrette dressing
Preparation
Step 1
As the quinoa is cooking on the stove, wash and chop your berries and nuts. After the quinoa has cooled a bit add it to a bed of spinach along with the nuts, fruit, goat cheese, and dressing.
