Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 large, diced tomato
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp basil paste
- 8 oz fat-free sour cream
- 8 oz cooked linguine
- Parmesan cheese, to taste
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation
Step 1
Sautee garlic in pan for 1 minute. Add tomato, season.
Combine garlic, basil, and sour cream. Puree and season.
Toss pasta with pesto mixture, spoon tomato mixture on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Top with grilled chicken breasts.
Yields 4 servings (2 oz pasta, 2 oz sauce, and 4 oz chicken)
