Versatile Beef Mix
By Addie
This quick-and-easy mix from Joanne Rocchetti in New London, Connecticut uses only 1 pound of ground beef, yet it can be used to make all these recipes:
VERSATILE MEATBALL STEW FOR ONE
VERSATILE SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS FOR ONE
VERSATILE MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF FOR ONE
VERSATILE BACON SALISBURY STEAK FOR ONE
MY NOTES: All these recipes can be found in the "GROUND BEEF" Cookbook.
