Ingredients
- 4 cups coarsely chopped apples
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1
Combine apples and sugar, set aside.
Beat eggs slightly add oil and vanilla. Mix in flour soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in walnuts. Pour in greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
