Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 3 Plummer Tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 1/2 c shredded Cheese
  • 1/3 c Mayonnaise
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 1 c Arugula

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400°F.
Unroll Pie Crust onto baking sheet.
Arrange Tomatoes in Circle on Pie Crust, leaving 1 1/2 " border.
Combine Cheese and Mayonnaise and spread over Tomatoes.
Fold edge of crust over Tomatoes.
BAKE 20-24 min until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
COOK Bacon until crisp, cool and crumble.
COOL Tarter for 10 min.
TOP with Arugula and Bacon
