Swiss Vegetable Medley

Ingredients

  • 1 bag, 16 oz frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower combination
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 can fried Durkee onions

Preparation

Step 1

Combine vegies, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, 1/2 can onions.
Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
bake 350* 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions, Cook uncovered for 5 minutes longer.
