Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients

  • Slaw:
  • 1 16 oz pkg broccoli slaw
  • 3 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 cup slivered almonds (or salted peanuts or other nut)
  • 1-2 pkgs crushed ramen noodles (oriental flavor)
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 to 3/4 cup oil (I use olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar (or cider vinegar)
  • 1-2 seasoning packets from ramen noodles
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix broccoli slaw and green onions - add almonds, noodles, and dressing* when ready to serve.

*mix or shake well just before pouring on slaw
