Sandra's Recipe Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 TBSP +31/2 cups cold milk, divided
  • 10 oz Cool whip
  • 1 23oz frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and drained
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 2 3.4 oz boxes of banana cream instant pudding
  • chocolate syrup
  • Nuts, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 9x13 in baking dish
In medium bowl, combine graham crackers, and melted butter. press into pan and put in fridge while preparing the next layer.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, 2TBSP milk and vanilla. Mix until fluffy and light. Mix in 8 oz of Cool whip. spread evenly on top of graham cracker crust.
Pour strawberries and pineapple on top of the cream cheese.
Mix the instant pudding with the 31/2 cups milk, Spread on top of the fruit
Spread the Cool whip over top of dessert. Drizzle with chocolate sauce
Chill at least 4 hours or overnight
