Ingredients
- 4 baking potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and dice potatoes, onions. Place into pan with water, chicken broth and simmer til potatoes are done. Add salt and milk simmer for 20 minutes. When soup is done, mix water and cornstarch.
