Ingredients
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 zucchini sliced into thin ribbons with a vegetable peeler
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup rinsed and drained chickpeas
- 1 1/2 cups diced cucumbers
- 3 tbsp chopped dill
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup e.v.o.o.
- 3/4 tsp. coarse salt
