  • 12 eggs 1 bag of frozen hashbrowns 1 16 oz roll of jimmy Dean sausage 16 oz of shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup milk salt n pepper to taste 1 bell pepper ( green or red) 1/2 white onion Tabasco sauce



Step 1

Brown your sausage and set aside.Spray the bottom of the crock pot with cooking spray and layer your hashbrowns on the bottom. Chop the onion and bell pepper.In a medium bowl, crack your eggs and whisk gether. Slowly add the milk and tabasco sauce and add salt and pepper.Layer the sausage on top of hashbrowns. then the bell pepper and onion and lastly the cheese on top of that. Mix it all together before you add the egg mixture.Pour the egg mixture over the top and mix it until even. Cover and cook on low overnight or for 6-8 hours. Can eat alone or make breakfast burritos out of it
