Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast
- 10 cloves garlic
- 5 stalks brocollini
- salt,pepper
- soy sauce
- 3 eggs,salt
- rice noodles

Preparation
Step 1
1. Butterfly chicken,flatten with a rolling pin, and cut into thin strips.
2. Cut brocollini into large chunks.
3. Slice garlic very thinly into rounds.
4. Heat up a wok, add olive oil, add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Sear for a few minutes, when starting to brown add garlic. Add broccolini and a little soy sauce.
5. Mean while prepare rice in boiling water,according to package directions.
6. Sear chicken till crispy then remove from pan. Wipe out pan.
7. Beat the eggs, season and fry. Add noodles and chicken mixture. Add a little soy sauce. Serve immediately.
