Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar till smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Combine with batter. Mix in the mashed banana. Spread into a 10" x 15" pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese icing.
