Ingredients
- 200 gm Dark Chocolate
- 200 gm Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 200 gm Castor Sugar
- 1 tblsp Cocoa
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 150 gm SR Flour
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 165 degrees.
In a saucepan, melt butter, add milk, sugar, cacao and chocolate, stirring until completely smooth. Set aside to cool down for 15 minutes
Lightly whisk eggs, vanilla and salt.
Combine egg mixture and flour into chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.
Pour mixture into cupcake papers; bake for 45 min or skewer comes out clean. Cool and refrigerate.
Decorate in chocolate Butter Cream.
Makes 24 Cupcakes, or a 8 inch round cake.
