Neapolitan Ice bream bars

Ingredients

• 20 Oreo's crushed
• 3 T butter melted
• 1 Qt chocolate ice cream
• 1 Qt Vanilla ice cream
• 1 Q strawberry ice cream
• chopped strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Line 9X9 pan with waxed paper
combine cookies and butter and spread in bottom of pan to make a crust, do not rise up the walls.
Spread softened chocolate ice cream on cookies and then place pan in freezer for 30 minutes to firm chocolate ice cream, then spread vanilla ice cream on chocolate ice cream and place back in freezer to firm. mix chopped strawberries into softened strawberry ice cream and then spread on top of vanilla ice cream and place in freezer to firm.

Remove from freezer and insert craft sticks in even intervals. Using the wax paper, remove treat from pan and cut in between craft sticks and serve, return un served portion to freezer.
