Ingredients

  • 1-2

    # of Chicken Cut into bite size pieces

  • 1

    # Spaghetti Noodles cooked

  • 2

    Carrots Julienned

  • 1

    Med Onion sliced thin

  • 1/2

    head of Cabbage sliced thin

  • Sauce

  • 2

    T. Vegetable Oil

  • 6

    T. Soy Sauce

  • 1

    T. Sugar

  • 1

    t. Sesame Oil (optional)

Directions

1. Place Chicken in a large Skillet or Wok with a little bit of the Oil and cook until all the pink color is gone. Remove from the Skillet or Wok and place in a bowl to use later. 2. Cook Spaghetti and drain. Set aside. While the Spaghetti is cooking place the Sauce ingredients into a bowl, mix well and set aside. 3. Saute Carrots, Onions and Cabbage in Oil until veggies are just right. Not to done they will be mushy but not raw. 4. Now, add Noodles, Chicken and Sauce. Stir well to cover all the noodles with the Sauce.
