Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerator buttermilk biscuits (12 ounce)
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Preparation

Step 1

Using a rolling pan, flatten each biscuit into 3-4 inch circle. Combine the apple, raisins, sugar and cinnamon. Place a tablespoon on each biscuit. Dot with butter. Bring up sides of biscuit to enclosed filling and pinch and seal.

Place in ungreased muffin cups. Bake at 375 for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
