Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1-3/4 cups sour cream
- 1/2 pound cottage cheese
- 1/2 pound grated longhorn cheese
- 1/2 bay leaf
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup grated cheese

Step 1
Saute chopped onions until light brown in 3 tablespoons butter.
Add 4 cups cooked rice; sour cream, cottage cheese, longhorn cheese, salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with 1/2 grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
