- 1 cup + 2 tablespoon flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 tablespoon butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cups butterscotch chips

Step 1
Preheat 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, butter and peanut butter.
Add sugars beat until combined. Add egg and vanilla. add flour mixture. Add chips. Drop by tablespoons and bake for 10-12 minutes.
